Description:
Using this technique causes a target or targets to be physically immobilized, as though they've been tied down with invisible steel ropes. Because it's a relatively simple technique, even genin should be able to perform it. However, the strength of the binding varies significantly from one skill level to the next. The power of this is d-rank is 200, c-rank 300, b-rank 400, a-rank 500, s-rank 750, the victim must have a strength greater than the power to move, 50 more users is mobile but only can move at half their speed. If the target(s) have 100 more then the power of the jutsu they break free from the hold of the technique.

Description: The user and two of their shadow clones attack a target from different directions with a bladed weapon. As they move towards their target, the attackers usually leap through the air in a formation reminiscent of the crescent moon, hence the name. Because all three attacks are meant to simultaneously come from a blindspot, targets can't reasonably defend against all of them. Moreover, because of the power behind the strikes, if even one of them lands successfully, the target is likely to be fatally wounded.

Not only can the user manifest a multiple of tools and weapons at once, but they can also manipulate the tools telekinetically.
When dispelling the technique or otherwise, the user is able to disintegrate the tools like shattered glass and reshape them.
