Description: Negotiator V is the fifth puppet made by Jun in the Negotiator line series. It is durable with great strength albeit the flexibility could use work it is a finely made puppet. It stands at a staggering 205 cm (6'8") and is colored a dull, monotone grey. It contains a large torso containing a large, jutting belly large enough to contain an adult size male and long, spindly arms. Its head is oddly small and its shoulders are high on its body, though to counteract this Negotiator's arms reaches down to its knees. The eyes attached to this puppet are large and cartoonish akin to googely eyes.

Negotiator V's stomach can open up and contain a hostage. Although it cannot attack the hostage trapped within the stomach now, its durability shows that it can hold steadfast against damage. It can move at alarming speeds and once it has its target contained within it, bolts strap down on its stomach ensuring that whatever is instead is trapped.
