The rank for this jutsu is far too low. Its capabilities far surpasses what your typical E rank should be doing. Needs speed stat added to the technique. Leaving it blank means its eithrt instantaneous or happens extremely slow. Need you to specify these things please.

Bump to C rank please and correct the format with new chakra cost and upkeep

1. Okay so a few things. Black Earth, like black lightning can be applied to D-rank and above jutsus. This means making it E-rank won't work.

2. If You're planning on making it less than B-rank, then the range should not exceed 50 meters. Speed is another factor too in this. D-rank techs have between 100-200 stats. If you were to have it as D-rank. Then it could move at 150 speed, once you've deducted the 50 for range. 20 Chakra usage for D-rank techniques. This is in addition to the cost of the jutsu, black earth and whatever earth techs are being used.

In doing so the user increases the endurance of Natural Earth unaffected by chakra and provides a platform for a link to previously used Earth Release Techniques so that they may be affected by the boost that follows "Black Earth".

With prolonged contact of one post the substance remains in liquid form while continuing to be heated, this increases the power by +95 (Half the power stat since half the cost was provided in the upkeep).

1. This needs fire release for this to work. Which I believe is also the black earth's weakness.

2. No to the boosting the power of the jutsu any further.

3. This also needs a definite speed which is translated in stats.
