Laying in the bed the Yukikage found comfort within his sleep kinda if it wasn't for the nightmares of the dead Shinobi that was either slain by his hands or his action. Surely that would keep any man awoke the same for Adam expect he wasn't kept awoke instead he slept barely out of fear of the dead hunting him.
Today surely would be a good day because today was the day that Adam allow someone to be Kage for the day. In fact the person was already selected it was young Shinobi from the academy this will promote development with the kids, and show the parent that the kids matter as they are the future for the village.
There was one knock on the door of the Kage small place the knock interrupt his sleep, and awoke the half sleep Kage from his slumber. When he awoke the first thing he said,"I know I am up."Letting out a sigh he adjusted his body in the up right position studying the area, and getting up out of his bed he precede to place on the clothes of kage attired.
He dress himself in his standard round plum costume to hide his insect body from the view of the public not that his current attire look any better which his plastic grey skin. It didn't take long for him to get dress as his clothes was already laid out the day before so when he get up there will be no issue.
After he was dress he walk toward the door, and open it outside was his sectary known as Eva she was such a sweet person that annoyed him kinda. Before he could greet her she took the chance to bombard with his too do list.This cause Adam to sigh, and grunt in disapproval but he listen as she talked his head off.

~Chakra Use~
-Sharingan Tomoe 3 - {20} Chakra
~Chakra Tax: Insects consumes 10 Chakra from the user for every 150 being hosted. The chakra taxed is deducted from the user’s normal chakra amount.{Once per Topic}
Note: Jackal said the use of Sharingan is allowed but no gen boost, and speed reaction only the basic function.- Implants Rules:
*Those who gain sharingan pay upkeep for the eye at 1.5 times the normal amount. You do NOT gain Sinister Chakra; and your sharingan may be upgraded like a normal sharingan is.
*Implanted KKG(Dojutsu included) requires a 2,000 word post to get used to the new feature of their body.
*You gain half the added gen points and speed boost of a sharingan when it is implanted, and these boost only come into play when implanted as actual eyes. Implanting them on your arm, chest or other body parts will vary if any at all.
*You may upgrade a sharingan to a MS through the same method as normal Uchiha do.
*The Sharingan remains active at all times for Non-Uchiha. This means you must pay a chakra cost which is x2 its normal upkeep. Best to cover up the Sharingan like what Kakashi did. This stops the unintentional chakra taxation.
B-rank Level Sensor Shinobi: At this level your skills are much improved compared to those below this level of skill. You are able to utilize C and B-rank level sensory Jutsus. Can now sense Chakra signatures up to 300 meters away from yourself. You are also now capable of masking your presence from sensors of this level and below. Receive 30% chakra discount on sensory techniques.This level of skill cost 3000 Ryo.
On top of that you gain a 50% Chakra discount on all Ninjutsu techniques except for the next gift given to the Ninjutsu Gods.
-The number of insects hosted is 3x the user’s Chakra amount. If the user has 400 Chakra, they can host 1200 insects.
