Visual Description:

Shokku is a black cloak with a black hood that is very lightweight. At the back of the hood is an Anbu like mask which is stitched into it. Whenever the user wears the hood, it appears as if he/she has eyes in the back of their head. The mask is white in colour with red stitching for eyes. The nose is also red, and its mouth looks feminine in design. On the back of the cloak is a blue and white wolf stitched into it. The wolf is positioned in such a way that it appears it be leaping out of the cloak while bearing its fangs. At the ends of the sleeves are white stitching all around. And, at the bottom of the cloak is the same white stitching. The cloak is fastened at the next by a black pin that is of the perfect design. This makes it quite difficult for the cloak to be snatched away by anyone. There are also a pair of white tassels attached to the cloak at the collar. The cloak itself also reaches down to just above the user’s ankles.

Medium Ability: Shokkou has a unique ability where the user can manipulate the cloak to their liking. The material can extend up to 100 meters while also increasing in volume. With this ability in play, the cloaks speed is boosted by 100+users. Does not include boosts apart from what’s stated.  The user can have the cloak slash, pierce, seize an opponent among other things. It is also possible for the user to manipulate the length and manner that the cloak moves. The cloak can be used to protect the user and friends(allies) alike. The cloak utilizes the user’s chakra to feed its abilities. The user can apply their chakra/elemental chakra to the cloak for varied effects. These will be governed by jutsu. Can apply chakra flow abilities when using the cloak. Costs 40 Chakra per post when the cloak is in use. Jutsus will have their own additional costs.

Major Ability: Shokkou can absorb chakra from Jutsus, persons and creatures that encounters it. The user has full control over this and is not affected by it. The chakra absorbing abilities can be used for 4 posts before a 2 posts cool down kicks in. To absorb chakra or a jutsu the user must first be aware of it. Meaning its triggered based on awareness and not simply automation. The chakra/jutsus absorbed lasts for the topic only. Can absorb multiple jutsus within the stated time frame before the cool down.
