Ootsusuki Restriction Notice

Until further notice, creation of an Ootsusuki clan member has been restricted and considered unallowed by staff. This is to prevent disturbing the delicate balance of the plot using an RPC character who belongs to the Ootsusuki clan, being as though they are the primary focus of the plot. When this creation restriction has been lifted, the site in its entirety will be notified in a similar fashion.

Further Information: Again, NO RPC-ORIENTED OOTSUSUKI CHARACTERS WILL BE APPROVED FOR USE UNTIL THE PLOT HAS PROGRESSED TO A POINT OF CONTENT, OR HAS CONCLUDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
