    Name: Chakra Levitation
    Description: This ability of their chakra control allows the user to levitate things that he touches within a range of 25 M. Each item touched costs 20 Chakra and 10 as an up keep to gain this ability while moving at a speed equivalent to the user's base speed stat, but if other boosters are applied both this cost and upkeep are then doubled. The item may not be any bigger than the user, if so then the cost becomes 30 Chakra with an upkeep of 15. The ability lasts only for the remainder of the thread unless other jutsu are incorporated (will be made on their own).

    Hopefully this ability gets approved, I went off of two site standards:
    1) In the exp system the ability to fly is labeled as something approvable.
    2) I based the cost and stat amount on the ability that the Ootsutsuki have, This would only be applied to items and per each item.

    The special ability deal on the Exp system was meant to have been removed. I will indulge you though. The user's speed stat in this case includes what? Are there other booster techs/abilities involved? The chakra cost for this should be 20 and 10 upkeep please. Items the user's size should be 30 with a 15 upkeep please. If the speed is base speed without boosts then no problem. If there are boosters then the chakra costs needs increasing.

    Speeds are base without booster.
    I can add that if boosters are used then the Chakra requirement goes up to 40.

    Base speed is fine. Just edit in the chakra costs that I posted please.
