Cursed seals are a unique and rare form of jutsu that are used by rare shinobi. They allow the user who is acquainted with them to create them and place them on users. This style is so specialized that one must purchase it seperately in order to utilize it, and once this is done, the user is able to create these seals.
Juinjutsu (呪印術, Viz: Curse Mark Jutsu, Literally meaning: Cursed Seal Techniques) are a type of techniques used to bring someone under the control of the user. By applying a seal to the victim's body, the user brings the victim's abilities and actions under his/her control. With a simple secret hand seal, the user can inflict great mental and physical torment on the victim. The exact workings of juinjutsu are kept secret.These secrets are kept by the user and those that it is shared. Certain Juinjutsu techniques are clan specific and is only known to them. Organisations and the like may also employ the use of Juinjutsu techniques. The curse mark techniques comes in a variety of different forms and may be applied to a person through different means and with different effects. Juinjutsu techiques while similar to Fuinjutsu is actually different in how they work. As such one cannot use a Fuinjutsu seal to remove Juinjutsu techniques or completely stop them. The ability to perform Juinjutsu tecniques is quite a unique skill set to have.
Requirements: Level 1 Juinjutsu: At this level the user can create and utilise Juinjutsu techniques up to A rank. Must have 4/Master level Fuinjutsu minimum to use this. Cannot creature Orochimaru style cursed marks. Costs 5,000 Ryo.
Level 2 Juinjutsu: At this level the user can create and utilise Juinjutsu techniques of all levels. Must have 5/God level skills in Fuuinjutsu before Juuinjutsu can be used. Must have purchase level 1 Juinjutsu beforehand. At this stage the use can create Orochimaru style cursed marks. Costs 8,000 Ryo.
Cursed Mark/Seal Rules: Based on what we know, cursed marks/seals can give an advantage in battle. Some simply like them for the aesthetics more than anything. With that said, we've set further rules and guidelines. This will cover things like the sound four cursed marks etc. Please see below.
- In order to begin creating curse marks, there are certain requirements that must be met. User/creator must have mastered sage mode and have level 2 skills in Juuinjutsu. The user can have a combination of Hagoromo DNA and Juuinjutsu skill. Some users may even possess all of the above.
- Once you've created a curse seal and apply it to an individual. Please be aware that curse seals cannot be used in conjunction with any other booster techniques.
- If the user already has sage mode, then don't expect to have curse seals/marks as well. The same works the other way round.
- The user can only apply their seal/mark onto 2 individuals max. This covers things like curse seal of heaven, customs ones etc. Basic curse mark jutsus are not affected by this limitation. Techniques will be on a case by case basis.
- Custom Curse Marks/Seals will have their own unique stat template. This means the numbers set cannot be exceeded.
- Creating curse marks or having them takes up one of your SS-rank jutsu slots. The more you're able to create the more slots it takes.
- I like members getting creative in all aspects. But when staff says no, please understand its no. We will do our utmost best to accommodate you. But I can only please one person per day. Today might not be your day and tomorrow is not looking so good either.
Stage 1 Cursed Marks:The user/creator gets to add +110 to two stats and +130 to one stat. These stats are to be placed in strength, speed and endurance. You cannot take from one number to boost another. But what you can do is move the set amounts to any of the 3 categories that you so wish. Some might want 140 in endurance. Another creator might want to put the highest amount into speed. Once a curse marks stats are set they cannot be altered. At stage 1, the user also gains 340 Sage Chakra.
User gains +25% to jutsu speed, power/endurance. Jutsu range now gains +10%.
Stage 2 Cursed Marks: The user/creator gets to add +200 into two stats and +220 to one stat. It stands to reason that your stat allocation for stages one and two will be the same. At this stage the user gains 500 sage chakra.
Disadvantages: Enters a rage the first 4 times used, attacking friends and foes alike, whoever is closer/weaker. Lasts for 6 Posts (upon first use) or until Nature Chakra Pool runs out (subsequent uses).
Each time they enter this mode beyond first, reduce the rage by 2 posts until they reach 0.(Second time, rage lasts 4 posts, third time, rage lasts 2 posts, fourth time they no longer enter a rage). Once level 1 is mastered, user no longer suffers from fits of rage in stage 2.
Life Force: -10 for 5 turns after leaving Curse Seal Mode and -50 Chakra. -15 life force for 5 turns after leaving CM stage 2 and -50 Chakra.
Costs 10 Nature Chakra each turn

Description: This cursed seal is given to all members of the Anbu subgroup Root by Danzō Shimura, to ensure no information about him or the organisation fell into the wrong hands. After Danzō died, the seals disappeared from all the Root members.When the wearer of this cursed seal speaks about anything incriminating related to Danzō or Root, their entire body will be paralysed, taking away their ability to speak or move. It is applied to the tongue and takes the shape of three solid lines and two broken lines from the back of the tongue to the tip. The seal formation is said to be that of an hexagram, which can be interpreted as "influence or concealment". With the Jutsu the user can set the parameters of the technique, thus modifying the conditions to suit their needs. The curse seal is naturally set to activate when the conditions are met.

Description: The ones who are subjected to this technique have a formula applied to them, which will prevent them from moulding chakra and from using techniques. It will also drain them of their chakra at a slow but steady rate. If the ones who have the seal on them leaves a certain radius from the applier, then it would cause the victims to burst into flames, burning them to ashes. The user can also ignite the seal at their own free will.However, for people with high amounts of chakra, such as Naruto, they can still mould chakra and use techniques to a certain extent. The techniques used, however, will be severely hampered, and the seal will cause the user in question intense pain, as though their bodies were on fire; if too much chakra is forced out, the formula will set the victim ablaze.

Description: This is a cursed seal that is placed directly on the target's heart. The cursed seal is designed to restrict the target, in which it prevents them from taking their own lives and removing the cursed seal themselves. Directly striking the heart appears able to remove the seal, albeit risking one's life in the process. According to Obito Uchiha, the cursed seal also interfered with him becoming the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki. There are certain conditions that must be set by the user applying the seal. The curse seal also seems to work against the will of the target, thus preventing them from performing certain task.

Description: The user uses this technique to take control of people. It can be activated long after the technique is first applied. The appearance is a red eye with another circle in it resembling the pupil, with four lines stemming from the upper line of the eye and two big thick lines stemming from the side of the eye. This power seems to control the minds of others as it appeared on Kakashi Hatake's forehead, vanished, then took control over his body. The eyes of the person who get caught by this technique turn red while they are being controlled. The technique works in a manner similar to controlling a puppet; using hand motions to guide the target to its destination. With body and mind control, this makes for a rather potent Jutsu.

Advanced Cursed Mark Techniques:
- Like all cursed seals, each of them forcefully draws the user's chakra while feeding back senjutsu chakra in return, giving each individual a unique transformation and attribute boost, and receives increased chakra levels, physical capabilities and their ninjutsu skills become more effective when the seal is active. In the Manga/Anime, Jirobo stated that utilising the second stage of the Cursed Seal makes them ten times more powerful than before. However, Sakon comments that after using their cursed seal's second level and coming out of it, they lose a lot of energy. Below is a guide as to how the curse seals work, and their differences. Those with a curse seal CANNOT utilise sage mode. Not unless the curse seal gets removed from the person.
- The user activates their curse seal, it spreads over there body, these glowing marks make their way across the body, triggering the first transformation, granting the user a small amount of nature energy pool to use. During the activation, the user feels pain as the curse seal spreads through their body, eating their own chakra as it tries to force nature energy into it. This pain when first used causes the user go into a rage that lasts 6 posts, attacking friend or foe, in an attempt to cause the most destruction and carnage as possible.
- Once stage one is fully mastered, the user can then move onto stage two (Jōtai Ni). To do this, the user must consume the Mind Awakening pill. Can be purchased for 2,000 Ryo. The Mind Awakening Pill (醒心丸, Seishingan) is a drug created by Orochimaru to speed up the development of the Cursed Seal to increase the level of the user's Cursed Seal to level 2. However, this will greatly increase the Cursed Seal's contamination speed, killing the user in a few minutes. To allow the user's body to get used to the Cursed Seal Level 2, they have to be sealed within the Four Black Fogs Formation. This will reduce the permanent death to a false death state. While inside the four black fogs formation. User must post a minimum of 1k words, explaining what is happening to their bodies etc.
- Should the user achieves stage two, then the pain from stage one subsides, and the user can use it for longer. Stage two users can also body parts, meaning they don't have to undergo a full transformation to use its power.

Is one of the strongest and most potent of the curse seals, with its counterpart being the Curse Seal of Earth. The seal consists of three tomoe (the design known as mitsudomoe), similar to the Sharingan, which, when activated, spread flame-like markings across the user's body. At this stage, it grants a large boost to nature energy, granting them something similar to an imperfect sage. The user receives a large boost to their stamina and physical ramifications are like body modifications.

Stage 2:
When Sasuke activated the second level of the seal, his skin turned dark-grey and his hair grew and turned dark blue. His eyes also turned dark grey. Additionally, he grew webbed-claw-shaped wings from his back which he could use to fly and glide, and a dark, star-shaped mark appeared across the bridge of his nose.

Name: Curse Seal of Earth

Description:
It consists of three slightly curved lines, which spread in a rip-like pattern. The seal is located of the upper portion of Kimimaro's chest over his manubrium. When the first level is activated, the seal turns orange-red and expands in lines spreading all over Kimimaro's body in contorting and parallel lines.
Advantages
- Gain a 340 Nature Energy Pool of chakra.
- User gains +110 stats to speed, strength and +130 endurance.
- The more one uses this stage, the less likely they are to go into a rage. Each time they enter this mode beyond first, reduce the rage by 2 posts until they reach 0. (Second time, rage lasts 4 posts, third time, rage lasts 2 posts, fourth time they no longer enter a rage).
- Can use the seal for 5 posts. After this point the user experiences pain each post thereafter. And also 20% reduction in stats gained.

Stage 2:
When the second level of the seal is active, Kimimaro takes on a dinosaur-like appearance complete with a tail. Several large bones also protrude from his darkened skin and gains four distinguishing figures: two dark black curved like markings under his eyes - one under each eye and two as elongated eyebrows - one above each eye. The bones protruding are only relevant to those utilizing bone pulse. In other words, can't have anything to do with bones, unless of course you're part of the Otsutsuki clan. Or obtain the bone release KKG in some other way.

Description: Is one of the more modest seals, it lies in the middle as far as curse seals go. It consists of four lines forming an open diamond, it beings to spread out in lines that move across the body in waves across the users body. At this stage, it grants a large boost to nature energy, granting them something similar to an imperfect sage. The user receives a large boost to their stamina and physical ramifications are like body modifications. Animal cursed seals will vary in appearance. To be described by the user or creator.
Advantages
- User Gains 340 Nature Chakra
- The user gains specific traits similar to an animal can be extra arms, enhanced senses, etc etc. These traits are considered of their own advantage to be written out; they are different from seal to seal, but not use to use on one particular seal.

This is seen when Mizuki advanced his curse seal to the next level. The appearance of the second stage is up to the user to describe. Must get this approved.
