    The technqiue takes the form of a box-shaped barrier that surrounds the victim and isolates them, creating a territory within the barrier via the user's manipulation of space-time. Within the box, space is locked upon the victim(s), and as such their movement is stopped entirely unless their strength is over this jutsu's power. In that case, movement is merely extremely difficult for them, and they must pay 70 chakra per post that they choose to move in. If a victim's strength is
    - More than 150 greater than the power of the jutsu, the victim only pays 50 chakra.
    - More than 200 greater than the power of the jutsu, the victim only pays 40 chakra and can move normally.
    - More than 250 greater than the power of the jutsu, the victim suffers no penalties.
    The box lasts for as long as the user maintains it, and due to the distortion of space-time, blocks sensory techniques that would penetrate the box both ways and summons of less than S-rank cannot occur.
    If the user has 5 in juuin, the user can apply a potent effect to them, but ONLY if they are paralyzed already by this technique. The curse applies a potent pain effect that has varying effects. If the jutsu power is
    - equal to or lower than the victim's durability, the pain has little to no effect at all.
    - up to 100 greater than the victim's durability, the pain renders them unable to maintain jutsu with upkeeps (though casting is fine).
    - up to 150 greater than the victim's durability, the pain becomes strong enough to cause the victim's body and especially chakra system to become overstressed. The victim becomes unable to use 35% of their chakra pool, and lose a flat 100 chakra.

Teleport/summon effects (with the exception of Heavenly Transfer Technique) across the border of the field fail (INCLUDING THE USER'S), as do particle/media-based sensories (sight, sound, vision, touch, smell, and chakra), rendering the border of the bubble and absolute black. Physical attempts to escape have their power decreased by a flat 250. Within the field itself, physical movements of living beings (including the user) are more difficult, having their speed and strength decreased by 150.
    Due to the superior chakra control of the user in a small part of the area, the inner 25m from the center of the field count as a platform for the purposes of Heavenly Transfer Technique.

By linking one hole in space with another one within the jutsu range, he can create a wormhole.  This jutsu can not be used to injure or destroy anything directly, and cannot be created/moved inside solid objects.  it merely connects the space.between two points.  This allows for the user to do things like reflect attacks, divert enemies, and perform minor escape tricks, given the limited range of the jutsu.

    The user is limited to 4 at once (cost/upkeep increases to 80/40 after the first two). The user can choose to unlink/re-link any two holes at once.

    If the user has juuinjutsu, the user may apply any juuin he knows to the victim(s) trapped within the box, paying an extra 10 chakra for each in addition to their respective costs. However, this may only be done if the victim is paralyzed by this jutsu's effect.
    If the user has 5 in med, the user is able to cause the inside of the barrier to become poisonous, the walls of the barrier releasing a chakra toxin that kills victims with health of less than half of the jutsu's power. If the victim can resist this, they live with ease, but can only use 50% of their chakra until they escape the box.
    Combination: What other techniques can it be combined with? Please be descriptive, could be used to earn rewards!

    Okay. I'm going to need you to choose two abilities for this. Having three gives this way too much utility and makes it really...well op. At the moment you have a stun, a lock and a poison that even if it doesns't stop...well it stops you.

    Description:
    The user must know the restricted teleportation technique, as well as at least one SS rank space-time tech.
    The user performs the handseal and does a body flicker. However, this motion is routed directly through space/time, making it a true teleport instead of a mere simulated one. As a close-range teleport, this can only 'port the user to a free space within the range. If the user knows Heavenly Transfer technique, the user's expertise with space-time is quite evident, and the heandseal requirement is reduced to a seal of confrontation.
    The user may cast this as a long range teleport, but requires a post of charging to lock on to the location that he or she wishes to port to (unless she has been there before). The handseal requirement reduction does not apply to long range teleports.

    Only thing so far with this is that i'd like to see that you can't tele into someone's face or...into someone.

    - Up to one post of cooldown (extends cooldown of this jutsu to 3 posts)
    Each use of the jutsu may only use one of these effects.

    ...I'm...not really happy with this one since you can basically skip any higher rank jutsu stimpulations with ease. If you could only use this once a topic i'd be more okay with it and it would need to be S rank at least.

The quantity of unuseable chakra and/or the power of the immolation effect are both equal to half the power of the chains.

    1. I take it the barrier's endurance is also the same as its power? If so then wonderful, I can work with that.

    2. Stipulation. Strength +100 the box's power pays 70 chakra. +150 STR pays 50, +200 pays 40 but moves at normal speed.  +250 unhindered, no chakra expense.

    3. Remove the poison portion and its effects. Poison will soon be a limited skill.

    4. This should be good after the above edits.

    1. So you're warping time around you but no one else. As such, no need to form hand seals or gather sage energy to enter sage mode. I will say no to this one too. Quite honestly, you don't need it.

    1. Far too much happening here. Chains at half the jutsu power is 400+750 is SS-rank territory. Do I really want to argue about this too much. Not really, not such a massive issue. Will let that go.

    2. Applying fuuinjutsu. I can handle that. Assuming you're paying for the jutsu separate. But fuuinjutsu cannot be instantaneous. Contact paralysis is also a no, no. Chains needs to either pierce or seize the targets. Mere contact alone won't do.

    3. Chains carrying a curse or Juuinjutsu is a no. That needs a separate technique with the aforementioned effects.

    4. One tech, too many abilities within it.

    1. Range needs reducing to 30 meters.
    2. No to this field being a platform for HTT.
    3. No to shutting down other space time stuff in between.
    4. This barrier is 700 in strength, instantaneous, cuts the power of jutsus by 250. Not to mention decreased strength and speed by 150. Far too much going on there with this one. Just because its space time, doesn't mean it has to be instantaneous. Seems to be a constant theme with all your techs.
    5. Power of this needs reducing to 500. Am I correct in saying the barrier's power is also its endurance? This also needs at least 4 more hand seals added.

    1. I will have to say no to this one. Despite its seemingly innocent nature. Wormholes and the likes will be a no, no. It took the Rinnesharingan to do things of a similar nature.
