On The Road Empty On The Road

    Loving This!

Perfect. This was just perfect for Kouga. Finally the man had some peace. He was now able to suppress his harmful thoughts which floated about his mind. Such thoughts could easily force him to malfunction. It was a pain in the ass for him. Which is why he made a point of staying away from others. Here he was again on the road. His mind not wanting to let go of meeting a certain woman. He was in Amegakure when he came upon this strange woman. She seemed kind, but her desire to find her son was most amusing. Kouga had fun with the woman, he was at peace for a short while. It was short lived, truly bittersweet as far as he was concerned. The long flowing blue mane of the Shinobi danced in the gentle breeze. His eyes gazed off into the distance, his sensory helping him to survey his surroundings.

Kouga was pleased with himself at the moment. During his walk with nature, he managed to calm down. He was able to properly regulate his intake of Chakra. This way it would not affect him as much. Takigakure was quite the country. Truly a place of beauty, solitude and all round incredible. That was his view at the moment anyway. He stands at six foot one inches tall with a built body. His frame suggests that he is quite sturdy and built for battle. Kouga sports a pair of green tomoe shaped earrings. Around his neck is a bone necklace, consisting of fang like bones painted black and white. He also has dark blue eyes adding more to his apparent “innocence”.

Further down, Kouga wears black undergarment which closely fits to his body/torso. The mentioned garment was designed to resemble black bandages. The back of the garment is made up of mesh which is common among other Shinobi. The upper arm area of the garment also has the same bandage material. The sleeves are of the same mesh material which stops at the wrist.

Kouga also sports a dark grey flack-jacket over his bandage and mesh top. It was left unzipped on this occasion. As expected, his flack-jacket has pockets and other compartments. At the back of said flack-jacket is his clan symbol. Kouga wears black trousers that are baggy, around which is a dark blue cloth kept in place by a dark green sash. His baggy trousers are accompanied by knee high black Shinobi sandals. Over all this though, Kouga wears a cloak that is quite unique to him. This cloak is called Shokku or the weaver cloak.

In any case, Kouga realised that before long he will be in Yukigakure. That place is said to have horrible weather. His cloak could be rather useful for him. Harmed with his blades of thunder. The man carried on moving. What's next?

    Kiseki Oikake
    On The Road
    [533 Words]

The path wasn't hard to walk along and trail. He had a unique color about him -- and it made watching for his figure specifically from a ways afar. Kiseki had stayed back to continue leaving her small trail for Motsudo to come as he wished. She had told him quite a ways before in a distance year that she would not expect him to stay with her on the chosen path that she'd taken the mantle of. So if he had found his life calling, who was she to intervene? He had become a sweet boy, and he was a holy man. She couldn't be more inquisitively proud of the future that he picked out for himself from the day she had met him in that orphanage. From a monster to a controlled child. It made her feel a sense of resplendent pride as a mother figure to a boy who knew no better. But alas, now was not the time to think about that. The lands that she found herself wandering through once more were of a beautiful backdrop and vaguely reminded her of a promised place she and clan members of her same last name had made a pact to call home one day.

...Ah...How long ago had that been? They'd all scattered now. Integrated quietly. Lived out uneventful lives, perhaps? It was the path they had all chosen -- the Lost Children of the Oikake. And she, the head of what would have been the clan's remnants by sheer birthright, had been the one to send them forth and push them for their freedom from the inevitable. Live not a life of suffering and remorse, but instead pursue the sun. Chase the night, and the secrets that come with it. Grasp at the sky, and the hopes that it keeps afloat... The reminiscence had her dazed for but a moment as a soft smile curled along her lips, but Kiseki quickly noticed that the figure off in the distance of her vision was on the move once more, the subtle traverse snapping her out of her memories. This way would lead to...the Land of Snow? Ah, it seems the rain was a tad too dreary for Kouga. But she was not done with him yet. It was not in her nature to leave someone who had the time to sit down and speak with her to their own devices without a bit more of kindness, and he had been more than kind enough to wait with her whilst Motsudo had been off attending to his own business. So she made her way through and through, stopping through one of the smaller towns that she recalled a particular night in to purchase herself a large bag of meat buns for the oncoming journey. Her humming was not yet in tune, but she was working to suppress the chakra she put off to the absolute bare minimum that she could manage. No need to worry anyone now, right?

After all, in her fancy garb and dainty steps...She was just a young woman with her head in the clouds.~ And through the clouds and into the snow, Kiseki Oikake followed.
