Description: Before this technique can be performed, the user must first acquire some of the DNA of the person they intend to reincarnate. This basically amounts to grave-robbing, although blood stains or organs salvaged after the target's death also work. The soul of the intended reincarnated must also reside in the Pure Land; souls trapped in the stomach of the Shinigami, for example, cannot be reincarnated so long as they reside there. A living sacrifice is also required for the reincarnated soul to use as a vessel. Can use souls of NPCs, but must request staff played NPC mission.
To actually perform the Impure World Reincarnation, the DNA of the person to be reincarnated is smeared on a special scroll. Once the scroll is activated, the remains spread out in the form of a special seal with the living sacrifice in the centre. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice's body, giving them the same appearance that the reincarnated had at the time of their death; the process is apparently painful for the sacrifice. The sacrifice's chakra signature is completely overridden with the chakra of the one being reincarnated. Although the sacrifice is still technically alive so long as the technique is active, their body will never again be theirs and the body will die when the reincarnated soul is released. - Their power is 65% of their stats when they were alive. Bodies may be enhanced via medical techniques to change this.
Reincanations are summoned like a summoning jutsu, and retain all the jutsu and KKG they had at the time of their death.
The only discretion a user needs to exercise for the Impure World Reincarnation is how much control to exert over the reincarnated soul. After first performing it the user is only able to restrict their movements. In general, this limited control is not an issue for the summoner, and they will typically "deactivate" the reincarnation, placing them in a coffin for storage and transportation until they're needed. However, when the perfected Impure World Reincarnation is used to revive somebody, there comes a possibility that they will be strong enough to resist this control; Someone with more than 2x your chakra, or someone with more than 300 life force can break free of this control.
In order to actually be able to control their actions, the user must implant a special talisman - generally attached to the end of a kunai - within the reincarnation's brain. The talisman's design determines how strong the control is. Each talisman must be created and purchased as an S rank item with the following affects:
Talisman One - At its most basic, the reincarnated soul retains their personality, giving them the freedom to approach a given task however they like so long as it broadly carries out the summoner's bidding. On the one hand, this makes them more useful in combat because they know how best to use their own abilities and, if deployed against somebody they knew when they were alive, there is a possibility for psychological warfare. On the other hand, although they are compelled to do as their summoner wishes and act without reluctance, they can undermine their summoner to a degree, either by making poor decisions that opponents can take advantage of or by giving opponents advice about how to defeat them.
Talisman Two - At its strongest level, the reincarnated soul's personality is entirely eliminated. The summoner instead controls all of their actions, even permitting them to speak through the reincarnation or summon other reincarnated souls to their location. Although this guarantees the reincarnated soul will only ever act as desired, they are less resourceful and it requires the summoner's attention for every action that must be taken, making it difficult for them to multi-task depending on the circumstances.
Reincarnation Attributes:
Regeneration - The Reincarnated souls have infinite regeneration and it is instant. They recover from even complete obliteration in one post, and are able to keep attacking even as they are injured. To defeat them, you must seal them and/or bind them.
Chakra - Edo Tensei's have virtually endless chakra. The Edo's do not have infinite chakra, but it like their bodies regenerates instantly. Their chakra stat is 60% of its normal like all other stats, but regenerates fully each turn.
HOW TO STOP IT
Killing the summoner does not release the Impure World Reincarnation, and in fact that can be considered inadvisable.[ There are only three guaranteed ways to end the technique:
1. Remove the soul from the reincarnated body, such as with the Dead Demon Consuming Seal.
2. Have the summoner end the technique. As they are unlikely to do this voluntarily, using a genjutsu to trick them into cancelling the technique is ideal. The sequence of hand seals for cancelling the technique is Rat → Ox → Monkey → Tiger → Dragon → Boar and saying "release" (解, kai).[30]
3. A less reliable, though equally effective method is to have the reincarnated soul be affected in some emotional way that gives them closure, allowing their soul to break free of the Impure World Reincarnation's influence; this must be Admin/mod approved.
4. Truth Seeking Balls will prevent Edo Tensei summons from fully regenerating.

As a result of being possessed by the jutsu-user, the host body decays from the inside-out. Dan Katō noted that this technique had been used to kill a great number of shinobi during his lifetime. The only known way to counteract the technique is to trap the user within a barrier, such as the Four Violet Flames Formation, before they can activate it. With the release of the Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation technique, a reincarnated Dan was capable of taking control of his ascending spirit for a short period of time using this technique. It crossed a vast distance and was still able to manipulate a person's body as well as transfer chakra to them. The user becomes intangible, a ghost as the Jutsu suggests while it is active. The user is still able to utilise other known Jutsus and weaponry of theirs while in this form. However, there is a fundamental weakness to the Jutsu. Where, whenever the user's spirit materialises outside of their body. Their physical body will be left unattended. Unless of course they took the necessary precautions to safeguard their body before their spirit materialises. If left unattended, the enemy could kill the user by destroying, or inflicting fatal injuries upon the body. The user can also choose to kill the host from the inside out. Or simply decide on manipulating the hosts only, thus withholding their ability to destroy the host from the inside out.
Target with a base Endurance of 350 or less can be freely controlled and manipulated. User can spend up to 2 posts inside the hosts body, before it decays and the host dies.
Target with a base Endurance between 351 & 550 can be taken over. The user can spend up to 4 posts inside the host's body before it decays and the host dies.

Description:Hammer Space utilizing space time properties the user is able to storage infinite number of non living organisms. This jutsu is a simple tattoo place along the user body. It allow the user to store infinite number of items within respect space in another dimension. This jutsu require touch to seal item into the mark. This jutsu purpose is to simply store items for later use then summon it on later date back to user dimension. It spawn out the requested item or said object at instant speed, and it required no hand seal. But it does cost chakra upkeep of half the jutsu cost to keep the seal into effective otherwise the connection with the items are lost in the dimension. Regardless the amount the user can store is depending on the amount of chakra pour into technique. The limitation of this technique prevent the user from abusing this technique simply by lowering the range it can respawn stuff into reality. Generally the mark is where the objects are storage thus when it come time to release them they come out the mark at great speed. Generally the range of which they respawn is within 50 meters of the user choice within 50 meter radius in all direction of the user. Also it limit of how much they can respawn at one time which is list below.
This technique start at B, and scale up to S rank. S rank being the highest , and B rank being the minimum amount. This must be purchase at S rank though.
The B Rank Hammer Space Seal - This level of mark is able to seal simply day to day use items such as Weapons, Scrolls{large, medium, and small}, Dead Bodies, Paper Bombs, and etc of that nature. You can consider this small items. By paying a constant upkeep of 20 chakra the user is able to seal approximately over 500 items of any size into the seal. Half of the items can he respawn at one time it cost 25 chakra to respawn them, and it cost 10 chakra per item store within the mark.
The A Rank Hammer Space Seal - This level of mark is not for day to day use it more complex seal allowing it seal, and store more then lesser version thing such as Medium Building, Stands, Booths Small source of water, and etc of that nature. You can consider this Medium items. By paying a constant upkeep of 25 chakra the user is able to seal approximately over 1,000 items of any size into the seal. But he can only respawn half at one time unfortunately the cost is double the jutsu cost for this level of seal, and it cost 25 chakra per item store within the mark.
The S Rank Hammer Space Seal- Lastly Bjuu size entities, Lake, Large Building, and things of that nature etc. By paying a constant upkeep of 30 chakra the user is able to seal approximately over 1,500 items of any size into the mark. Only half of the items can he respawn at one time but it cost double to respawn them. It cost 60 chakra per item though to be store.
He can release stuff from out his body at speeds of 600 , and seal them at the same speed touch base to seal. The user just eject it from the seal when he no longer have use for it or want to use it.
The user is able to seal as much as he is able too per Chakra cost
Another note is the user is able to seal stuff while in combat making this jutsu very useful.
Now the name suggests infinite but in reality it can only hold such much. The max amount of items that can be hold is 3,000. Building cost additional 60 chakra per building wanted seal within the user. Should the user seal a building all living organism will remain but the building will be seal within the user respect mark. Another note is the user can place the seal on other allies so they could use it as well but dimension would be entirely different one, and the respect user won’t worry about paying for there upkeep but they will placing a seal on them depend on the level of seal the cost is depending on the rank of seal place on them. Description: By establishing eye contact with a target, the Sharingan user locks them within a genjutsu for one of various purposes: instantaneous, but temporary, unconsciousness in the target; forceful extraction of any information the target possesses; relay memories to the target; remove genjutsu placed on the target by others;controlling a target's actions. Members of the Uchiha clan are particularly famous for using their Sharingan to control the Nine-Tails, such that they were able to use the Kyuubi to almost wipe out the Senju clan at one point.
Unconsciousness: Upon eye contact, the user can put the target to sleep instantly for three posts. This can be countered by users who use genjutsu kai before falling asleep (they get one post). Targets with 4 in Genjutsu can resist this using Kai and paying 50 chakra per post.

Hypnotism: Upon eye contact, the user can trap the opponent in a genjutsu where they shut down the conscious mind and take control of the subject. This takes one full post of eye contact to ensue, and can be broken by normal means of breaking gen. Once target is under control, they must be freed from the outside. The user can use this on up to three subjects at a time, but cannot control any target further than 100 meters away. If their victims get 100 meters away from them, they lose their control. When using this on a tailed beast, the user can take control of the bijuu's chakra to attack others with. Genjutsu has 500 power. Target can resist it by have 5 in Genjutsu and above.
Requirements: 5 in Genjutsu & 3 Tomoe Sharingan. Must have MS if you ever intend to control a Bijuu Chakra. Costs 100 chakra and 200 chakra to control a tailed beast. Upkeep is 40 and 60 for Bijuu.
Information Extraction: User is able to extract information from a target by establishing eye contact for one full post. This includes memories, or current/past thoughts. The user may enter the opponents mind and probe them for 2 posts. Genjutsu has 400 Power.

Removing Genjutsu: The user can look into the eyes of someone with genjutsu and dispel it within them if the genjutsu has power equal to or below this technique. Someone can also come and stabilise their chakra in order to free them.

Illusions: The illusions created by Genjutsu: Sharingan do not appear to have any trademark form, appearing wildly different between the same functions and even the same users. The user can create a minor illusion that will affect up to three senses on the opponent. Can cast illusions by making eye contact with their target. Genjutsu's power is between 200-500. User's Genjutsu skill level determines the strength of the illusions.

Description: Five Elements Seal is a technique which produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the target's chakra flow. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. Orochimaru performed this technique to tamper with Naruto Uzumaki's seal. The original seal allowed a small amount of the Nine-Tails' chakra to always mix into Naruto's, but the additional seal disturbs this, preventing Naruto from using the Nine-Tails' chakra or even controlling his own chakra properly. This is because an odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal. When Orochimaru later notices that the seal has been removed, he remarks that there are very few ninja capable of doing so, like Jiraiya. This Jutsu when used in to seal, blocks off 40% of the Chakra network, while also putting the target at a disadvantage. Their Jutsu potency will suffer a 30% decrease until the seal is removed.
Five Elements Unseal is a direct counterpart technique of Five Elements Seal. This technique can be used to remove fūinjutsu of up to equal power, like its counterpart. The sealing and unsealing techniques have to be purchased/trained separately.

Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.

If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the tree to break around the point of contact and the user will fall.

Description: This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly. It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. It is noted, that shinobi reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying.

Kikaichū (寄壊蟲, Literally meaning: Parasitic Destruction Insects): are one of several species of insect used by members of the Aburame clan. They resemble small, flight-capable beetles. There are known for consuming the opponent’s chakra. Must have 1/3 of the insects being female.
Basic Level: At this stage you are able to utilise Space Time Ninjutsu up to B-rank. Typically a Shinobi can use Space Time Ninjutsu that varies in rank, but must stay within their allocated rank level. Meaning, at basic level, you cannot perform A-S-rank Jutsu etc. This level is actually free and costs no Ryo. Can use the basic C-rank summoning technique with no Ninjutsu skill.
Adept Level: An adept level Space Time Ninjutsu user is able to perform Jutsus of this type up to S-rank. Keep in mind that staff retain the right to approve or deny your custom space time Jutsus. This level of skill cost 2,000 Ryo purchase. If this level of skill wasn't purchased before hand, then you cannot perform Jutsus of this level.
Master Level:
This is the pinnacle of Space Time Ninjutsu usage, and with this level of skill, you can begin to perform even more complex Jutsus. This comes in the form of Restricted or Limited jutsus. You can now potentially manipulate the space time continuum and other such things. At this stage, Jutsus such as Kamui can be performed with this level of skill. Master level Space Time Ninjutsu skill cost 7,000 Ryo. Only when Master level is purchased does it take up one of the slots below.
C-rank Level Sensor Shinobi: This is the lowest level of sensory for a Shinobi. At this stage their abilities as a sensor Shinobi is rather limited. This means one can only utilize up to C-rank level skills. You are able to sense Chakra signatures up to 100 meters away from your position. You may also hide your Chakra signature from other sensors of this level. Those above have the ability to sense your Chakra signature and therefore detect you, even when attempting to hide. Your sensor based Jutsus may not exceed what has been stated above. Receive 20% chakra discount on sensory techniques. This level of skill costs 1500 Ryo.
B-rank Level Sensor Shinobi:At this level your skills are much improved compared to those below this level of skill. You are able to utilize C and B-rank level sensory Jutsus. Can now sense Chakra signatures up to 300 meters away from yourself. You are also now capable of masking your presence from sensors of this level and below. Receive 30% chakra discount on sensory techniques.This level of skill cost 3000 Ryo.
Imperfect Sage Mode
At this stage you are not as versed with Narure Chakra as the true masters are. As a consequences your character must meet a certain criteria. And will also be limited in terms of abilities etc. The user may describe their appearance during this form.
Takes 2 posts to gather Sage Chakra. Must remain still during this time.
Cost -20 Nature Chakra for Sage Mode Upkeep.
The user's physical strength, speed, and Endurance are enhanced. +150 to above stats where applicable.
Must have 400 Chakra Minimum and 250 and above Endurance.
Gains +380 Sejutsu Chakra when using sage mode.
Sensory boosted + one hundred meters.
Sage Mode gains +25% to jutsu speed, power/endurance. Jutsu range now gains +10%.
Takes four posts to re-enter sage mode after dropping out of it. Can cut this step in half through the use of Shadow Clone. Shadow clones can be used to bypass this. Limited to one shadow clone gathering senjutsu chakra. Once sage chakra runs out, the 4 post wait kicks in.
